Mango shrikhand is a traditional maharashtrian recipe it is prepared from mango pulp and hung curd / dahi ka chakka or greek yogurt. it is typically served as dessert after meal during summer but also popularly served with poori and chapatis.

Mango shrikhand is a traditional maharashtrian recipe it is prepared from mango pulp and hung curd / dahi ka chakka or greek yogurt. it is typically served as dessert after meal during summer but also popularly served with poori and chapatis.

First take hung curd in a mixing bowl, sieve powdered sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Now add saffron milk, cardamom powder and whisk again.

Further add mango pulp and whisk nicely.

Add some chopped almonds and pistachios and mix gently.keep the bowl in refrigerator to chill. Delicious Mango Shrikhand is ready to be serve.
