Mix the flour and water for making dough

Cover the dough and let it set for 5-10 minutes

Make stuffing for parantha with mixing all spices and coriander leaves and leftover rice and chopped onions and green chillies

Then heat the flat pan for making parantha

Make a small ball, rolled up and fill stuffing in it and again rolled up as ball

Then make roti

On heated pan, cook the roti as parantha with ghee on both sides

After cooked from both sides, our parantha is ready
