Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  • 250 gmflour
  • as requiredWater
  • as requiredLeftover rice
  • 1Chopped onions
  • 2green chillies
  • As neededFresh Coriander leaves
  • as per tasteChat masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • As per taste Red chilli powder
  • as per your tasteBlack pepper powder
  • as neededGhee for making parantha

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the flour and water for making dough

  2. 2

    Cover the dough and let it set for 5-10 minutes

  3. 3

    Make stuffing for parantha with mixing all spices and coriander leaves and leftover rice and chopped onions and green chillies

    Then heat the flat pan for making parantha

  5. 5

    Make a small ball, rolled up and fill stuffing in it and again rolled up as ball

  6. 6

    Then make roti

  7. 7

    On heated pan, cook the roti as parantha with ghee on both sides

  8. 8

    After cooked from both sides, our parantha is ready
