Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds when hot add mustard cumin seeds to crackle.Add chopped garlic and grated ginger,green chillies and onions saute till translucent.

Add tomatoes,turmericpowder salt and saute till tomatoes are done.Add paneer (cottage cheese).Saute for a while and add garam masala and lemon juice.Finally add kasoori methi and coriander.Paneer bhurji is ready to eat.
