Cake Basic

Cakes are everyone's favorite. Whenever there is an occasion or event, we immediately order a cake. And especially in birthdays. But I love homemade cakes. I don't have much fun in market cakes. And a homemade cake that is absolutely pure and made with love. I learned this recipe from my cousin 18 years ago. And even today I follow the same recipe.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda. And mix everything with the help of a whisk. Now add butter, yoghurt, milk, essence and color and mix it well.
- 2
Now mix again with the help of whisk so that no lumps remain inside. Now add tuti-fruity and mix it.
- 3
Now grease the cake mold with ghee and cover it with parchment paper. Now pour the cake better in it.
Place a high skewer on a clay pan on the gas and place a cake mold on top of it and cover it with a large saucepan as shown in the image. The flame of the gas has to be kept slow. - 4
Check after about 25-30 minutes. If you think cake is not ready yet then let it happen again for 5 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if the cake is done. If the cake does not stick to the toothpick then the cake is done.
- 5
Now immediately turn off the gas and let cool to room temperature. When it gets cool, decorate it any way you like and have fun.

Rainbow Sherbet ( Sorbet ) Filled Striped Vanilla Cake Roll Rainbow Sherbet ( Sorbet ) Filled Striped Vanilla Cake Roll
This is my vanilla sponge roll cake, an easy very moist cake that I decided to try making it striped to go with a rainbow sherbet filling. The stripes came out really well, you don't need to fuss over being perfect with them. Mine were a bit sloppy at the seams but baked up so beautiful! The filling is cool and fruity and goes so well with the White Chocolate Ganache. Its a really fun cake to bring to parties or for birthdays! fenway -
Strawberry Cake Strawberry Cake
I love strawberry cake and this is my favorite recipe. The icing is very sweet so this is why I bake it in a 13 by 9 inch pan so there is only icing on the top and it doesn't overwhelm the cake. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Ashley -

Refreshing Polka Dot Roll Cake Refreshing Polka Dot Roll Cake
I've made cakes with chocolate polka dots before, but this time I wanted to challenge myself with a butter decoration technique I'd recently learned. In the spirit of summer, I combined the tartness of canned pineapple with the refreshing taste of yogurt cream. Refreshing and delicious!I bought liquid food coloring at Cuoca. If you use powdered food coloring, dissolve it in a very small amount of water. Although it may seem like it somehow takes a long time to assemble this cake, I don't think each individual step is very difficult Please take care that you remove the parchment paper carefully and gently. Don't pull off the little polka dots you so carefully made! Recipe by Asaemon cookpad.japan
