Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cuppowder sugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 cupchopped almonds
  • 1/2 cupmilk or as per need
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 50 gmbutter
  • 1/4 cupdark chocolate

Steps

30 minutes

    Pre-heat oven at 180-degree c. Take melted butter and Powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk.

  2. 2

    Sieve the Atta, cocoa powder and baking powder.

  3. 3

    Add and milk. Whisk again. Mix well to incorporate. Do not over mix.

  4. 4

    Add chopped almonds chopped chocolate keeping some aside.

  5. 5

    Gently fold in the batter.

  6. 6

    Pour the batter to a greased tin. The batter should be thick so spread it evenly with a spatula. Scatter the leftover chopped chocolate and almonds top.

  7. 7

    Bake for 25-35 min at 180-degree Celsius. Insert a toothpick or knife in the center, if it comes clean then the brownie is done. Let it cool down completely before cutting into squares.
