Cooking Instructions

Season the eggs with pepper and whisk. Heat a fair amount of oil (if using oil-packed tuna, use the oil from that) in a frying pan.

Pour 2/3 of the egg mixture into the pan. When the liquids evaporates, scatter on the tuna, and cover with the remaining egg mixture.

Cook on low for 3 to 4 minutes. When the surface is set, flip over.

Heat for 1 minute on medium.

Plate and serve. I also recommendfor 'Hearty Tuna Tamago-yaki Sandwich.'
