Honey Lemon Yogurt Baked Donuts Honey Lemon Yogurt Baked Donuts
I love donuts with lots of glaze! To make it not just sweet, I added the refreshingly sour flavor of lemon and yogurt. If you don't have a Vitantonio donut maker, use a donut pan and bake in an oven at 180°C for 15~20 minutes. The key is a glaze full of lemon! This reduces the sweetness for a refreshing and delicious donut! Recipe by Atorie sara cookpad.japan -

Try this out when you're craving cheesecake while you're on a diet!Once you have strained yogurt, all you need is to just mix the other ingredients. The key is to whip the eggs really well. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste. I think it tastes better when it's on the sweet side. Adjust the amount of lemon juice to taste. You can substitute the corn starch with cake flour. Oil-Free Blueberry Yogurt Cake Oil-Free Blueberry Yogurt Cake
I made this cake because I received a lot of fresh blueberries from my sister's family. I wanted to make a snack for my nephew (1 year old) that was healthy, did not contain any oil, and was low in sugar. I think this would be a great snack for expecting mothers as well!If using a hand mixer to mix the ingredients is troublesome you can simply mix the ingredients with a whisk etc. in the same order. After the cake cools, slice, wrap each slice in plastic wrap and store in the freezer. If the cake goes a bit stale, it is also delicious if lightly toasted. Recipe by Smuchi cookpad.japan -
Basic Oil-Free Muffins with Yogurt Basic Oil-Free Muffins with Yogurt
I have made various muffins, but this is always the basic recipe. Since it's a basic recipe, it is light and slightly sweet. Top with your choice of topping for different flavors.Since the baking time will vary depending on the oven, poke the muffins with a skewer to determine if they have finished baking. If serving the following day, after they have cooled but are still warm, place them inside a resealable plastic bag. Depending on the topping (which can include black tea, chocolate chips, red bean paste, blueberries, processed cheese [cut into small cubes], or grated cheese), you can enjoy these muffins either for breakfast or for a snack. I think coffee or some other bitter tasting topping goes surprisingly well with these. Recipe by nathu cookpad.japan -

I often make this as a snack for my one-year-old son! I usually just eyeball the amounts.Using just a banana will result in a lightly sweet taste, so add other ingredients if you like.Aadjust the milk (or soy milk) between 70-100 ml according to how moist the banana is. Moist Oil-free Yogurt Cake Moist Oil-free Yogurt Cake
I made the "Moist! Yogurt Cake"into a low-calorie version. After cracking the egg, put the bowl on a kitchen scale. Weigh in the yogurt, then stir round and round. Repeat with the sugar. If you set the switch on the scale with each addition until Step 5, you can easily add the proper amounts. The batter is a little runny, so it's probably best not to use a pan that might leak at the bottom. Recipe by chikappe cookpad.japan -
Oil-Free Plain Baked Doughnuts (with Pancake Mix) Oil-Free Plain Baked Doughnuts (with Pancake Mix)
I adjusted this recipe to make 12 doughnuts. I tried making a non-oil doughnuts as a snack for my child. They are moist and plump. If you mix everything in a bowl, you can mix it well and quickly. However, you'll have to use a spoon the batter into the molds, which is a pain and takes time.I recommend using a Ziploc bag because this way, it'll be ready before you know it, and you can squeeze the batter easily into the molds.I used plain yogurt. Easy and Oil-Free Apple Yogurt Cake Easy and Oil-Free Apple Yogurt Cake
I had a lot of apples, so I baked this to use them up. I've made a variety of apple cake, and this is one of them. The texture is not so fluffy, but a moist and chewy cake. It's such a delicious cake that you'll crave again. The recipe is written for a 15 cm round pan or a 18 cm pound cake pan, but you can use any pan you have. It'll brown slightly on top, but that's okay.To check if it is done baking, insert a toothpick or skewer in the center. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Recipe by nokko.t cookpad.japan -

Chewy Yogurt Bagels Chewy Yogurt Bagels
I like bread with yogurt in the dough, so I used plain yogurt instead of water to make these bagels.I usually set the oven to 220℃, but this time I tried it at 230℃.When shaping the bagels, make sure to fold in and secure the seams well so that they don't open up.Because the yogurt helps the dough to rise as well, I reduced the amount of yeast that I used in my other bagel recipe by 1 g. I think it's all right if you use 5 g of yeast as well. Recipe by Mihomiho mama recipes cookpad.japan -
