At first clean,wash and chop palak

Wash and arrange tur dal for boiling, add required amount of water into dal, add chopped palak, pinch of Hing, 1 tomato, half teaspoon of haldi cook for 2 whistles in a low flame, if Dal cooked it's ok otherwise cook Dal without whistle for 5 more minutes. Add salt and sugar.

Take ghee in a kadai, add red chilli powder,chopped garlic whole red chilli and Hing, fry all these things for 2 minutes, add half of this mixture into dal, and remaining half add while serving.serve with hot rice or roti.
