Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste without water

In a pan heat enough oil. Add hing and rai. Put the ground mango paste.

Fry it till it changes colour and leaves oil

Ingredients can be adjusted according to your taste. It can be stored in a fridge for up to 6 months.

Using this chutney you can make mango rice. Just fry chana dal, urad dal, and groundnut in oil and enough amount of chutney to rice and mix well. Your rice is ready.

Can be added to murmur with little ghee and mix well and enjoy.

Can have with rice,dosa,roti,chapati.
