Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade and set the timer for 40 minutes. Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
- 2
Sieve together flour, chocolate powder, baking soda and baking powder in order to remove any lumps. Fold in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Likewise melt chocolate and add it to the batter.
- 3
While folding in the dry ingredients, keep adding milk in between to make sure that the batter is not too thick. Take a baking pan of your choice and either line it with butter paper or just grease it with some oil.
- 4
Give the batter a final mix before pouring it in the pan. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes or until you can see no more raw batter on a toothpick when pierced in the cake. Allow it to cool a bit before slicing. Enjoy it drizzled with Chocolate Ganache. Yum!
