Take a wok, add ghee, heat it.

Lower the flame, add ata, stir fry it for 5 minutes.

Now add walnut powder, stir fry it until brown. Add more ghee if required.

Add Elaichi powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add milk gradually, keep stirring. Fry it till halwa leaves the sides of wok.

Now add sugar powder, stir fry it until smooth.You can alter the sugar quantity.

Add rose water & kewra water, mix it well.

Switch off the flame, cover it with the lid for a minute.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with Walnuts.
