Ingredients

15 minutes prep time:- 30 minutes
4-8 servings
  • 600 gramsmutton mins (keema)
  • 2 tablespoons(leveled) gram flour (baisan)
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 2 tablespoonscoriander leaves
  • as neededSome a coin of charcoal before preparing kababs
  • 4 tablespoonsoil for shallow frying kababs or can grill them
  • as requiredbe served with mint raita

Steps

15 minutes prep time:- 30 minutes

    Just wash mins well and drain the water completely set aside further roast the gram flour for 2-3 minutes until raw smell disappears then pop all the ingredients to marinate the kababs material and let it rest for 30 minutes.at this point we can burn a charcoal coin and smoke the kebabs material.next using a spoon or skewer prepare kebabs.

    And pop it in a pan drizzle some oil to shallow fry it. Once it turn golden all sides remove it.gradually prepare all in similar fashion. Our deliciously awesome gola kebabs are ready to relish and can store the material of kebabs in fridge for about 10 days.
