Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. Sauce
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ground black pepper to taste
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/2 tspdijon
  6. 2garlic cloves, finely diced
  7. Salad
  8. 1-2medium potatoes, boiled, skin on or off
  9. 1small tin, anchovies, drained
  10. Small handful, green beans, boiled
  11. 1red onion, peeled and sliced
  12. Handfulolives, green/black or mixture
  13. 1celery stalk, sliced
  14. 2eggs, boiled, peeled and sliced in half
  15. Handfulcherry tomatoes, cut in half
  16. 1 cantuna drained
  17. 1/2Green pepper, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the sauce ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Assembled the plate with all the vegetables first. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Season with more salt and pepper if desired.

  3. 3

    Top with the tuna, anchovies and egg. Enjoy.
