Tried to make this "Chocolate peanut butter ice-cream cake" only with the ingredients, which are easily available at our homes. No butter , No condensed milk , No cream delicious yet Amazing , must try.

For making peanut butter ice-cream - in a mixing bowl add peanut butter, fresh malai/cream, powdered sugar,and vanilla essence.

Mix all ingredients well using electronic beater for 2 minutes. Now add milk and beat again for for two more minutes until creamy. Cover the bowl with wrap and keep the bowl in freezer until use.

For making chocolate cake -- in a mixing bowl add milk, oil, chocolate essence and vinegar. Whisk everything well.

Now sieve together all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, coffee powder, baking powder and baking soda. Gently mix all ingredients until well combined to make smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the greased, lined baking pan, tap nicely and keep in the preheated wok. Cover it and bake for 30-35 minutes on low flame.

After 30 mins. check the cake by inserting toothpick, if it comes out clean means cake is done or if not then bake for another 5-7 minutes more. After done keep the pan on wire rack to cool completely and then remove from pan.

Assembling the cake Ice cream -- divide the chocolate cake into two portions. (From the edges). Take a portion of cake and set into a lock tin or spring form pan. Now pour the prepared peanut butter ice-cream mixture on it. (Before adding Ice cream mixture beat again for 2-3 minutes for best) and spread evenly.keep the pan into the freezer overnight or until completely set. Remove from pan and garnish it as per your choice.
