Hey there! I have been busy because the Children’s workshop is coming up next week, and so I have been preparing a few other things to talk about besides just cooking the food and feeding them. 🙂 My friend asked me if I was willing to translate a few words from English to Greek for the children, and I thought that was so sweet. 🙂 Some of the words are Mom, Dad, Thank you, Grandfather, Grandmother, Please, Hello and few more…they will actually have them written on Index cards so that the children will be able to pronounce the words along with me. 🙂 I think this is an amazing experience and very glad to be a part of it. 🙂I am sure you, your friends and family will love this dip! This is my absolute favorite, I think I can say in all honesty that I love this even more than the Greek Roe Fish Dip. I chose a milder pepper for this dip because up and until Tuesday we were having major heatwaves here so I didn’t want to make it super hot.I don’t usually find a milder pepper in the market, so this actually was quite a surprise because the dip had just the right balance that I wanted between the cheese and the pepper. 🙂 Now, if you want to go super hot go for it 🙂 3 simple ingredients make an amazing dip, if you do try this recipe let me know if you liked it!!

My ISP was down for over 4 hours last night. No internet, phone, TV, or digital library access. So I turned to another favorite addiction, Garlic Feta Cheese Spread! I have NO willpower whatsoever when this is in my fridge. Seriously. I once begged my brother to hurry over and take some home with him because I was about to eat the whole batch. He was happy to oblige.

Chicken dip was not even in the cards for me. I had never even attempted one. I was watching the Tonight Show a couple days ago and they did a dip competition. I was mildly intrigued. After I went food shopping, I was cleaning out the freezer and I saw some chicken... I noticed I picked up cream cheese. I then remembered it was Super Bowl Sunday...

I tried a naan recipe on the app and needed something cheesy to go with it.

Thus Greek dip is a side dish or a light dinner where the taste of fresh green vegetables is great. I never use mayonnaise and it tastes great.

I decided to make this one day to do a #fridgecleanoutmeal I had beer dip spread & crab dip spread that I needed to use up. I ate an amazing beetroot dip at a Lebanese restaurant a few months ago and since then have tried a few times to reproduce the sweet and zesty flavour. Yesterday's attempt was the closest yet and at last is good enough to share :-)

Our local soup kitchen always has these loaves of bread all going to waste and I always imagine all the things I could do with them. 😍🤤😎 Spinach & Cheese are 2 of My favorite foods and this dip is amazing! 🏆

If you want a great warm chip dip just take away the hash browns and heat dip in oven until cheese melts :)

Great dip for company or just a night in to munch!

Looove blue cheese, but hate those bottled dips :)Add a few drops of water if you prefer thinner dip. I omitted the water, as I like a thicker dip 😋If on a budget, you can use 1 portion (17.5g) of the Lactima Blue Cheese wheel (processed, but no vegetable oils and contains real blue cheese and milk). If you're not very fond of blue cheese, this would give just a hint of that blue cheese taste too.

I had one red & two green, sweet, bell peppers to use up before they went bad & also a whole big bowl full of leftover B/buffalo chicken dip that I had made and needed to use up as well. 😏 I attached my buffalo chicken dip recipe to this one, however, you could buy a premade one from the store or make your own personal recipe also! 😎👍 Further, I used shredded monterey jack cheese for the topping as that's what I had, but you could use any shredded cheese that you like! 🤷🏻‍♀️👌*Note: If making your own homemade dip you will need to add 30-60 minutes to the cook time. 😉
