  • 1.5 cupchuwaray
  • 2 litremilk
  • 2-3green elaichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chuwaray and soak it in water for overnight.

    On the next day cut chowaray in half.

    In a oan add milk when milk becomes boil add chowaray and eleichi.cook well.It took 1.5 to 2 to cook.

    Jab chowaray cook hojate hain tow hmesha milk blkul dry hojata hy.is level py dosra milk add na krein wrna doodh phat jata hy.jab room temperature py chowaray thandy hojaein then us tym aapko jitna milk pasand ho utna add krein or fridge m rkhdein.after 3-4 its ready to eat ❤️
