Ingredients

30-35m
4 servings
  • 1 kgchicken
  • Whole spices (clove, cinnamon, cardamom, green cardamom, zeera)
  • 1 cuptomato paste
  • 3 tblsGG paste
  • 1/2 cupdahi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspzeera powder/seeds
  • 1 tsphaldi/turmeric
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • Ginger and fresh Coriander for garnishing

Steps

30-35m
  1. 1

    Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareed.

  2. 2

    Take a wok add ghee the add whole spices heat it then add Chicken bonify it with whole spices....

    Bonify untill it's clr changed...then add tomato paste

    Bonify for a while then add GG paste. Then add All Spices instead off garam masala.... bonify it for 10m After that beat dahi add in wok(while this time keep your flame very low)

    After adding dahi it's near to cooked....just stir it for more 5-10m or untill oil separate sprinkle garam masala and remove it from heat.... sprinkle ginger and fresh coriander and serve it with roti...

Is it like curry? In Malaysia the colour of kurma or Qorma is like grey.. and have coconut milk.. but I always cooked never put coconut milk.. your version is it spicy?
