Knead a dough and rest for half an hour on counter top.

Daal stuffing
Boil mong dal and make a fine mixture by adding bhuna kuta zeera, kuti laal mirch,namak make kachori balls with this stuffing. - 3
Now roll the balls and roll pin on flat surface to make small kachoris. Deep fry in hot oil

For tarkari: put all ingredients with potatoes to cook and mash some potatoes while cooking till tarkari consistency is achieved.

Adjust salt,add achaar and serve with kachoris.
