Soak rice for 2 hours

In a blender, blend rice, coconut finely

Add salt and water make it watery consistency like buttermilk keep aside

For chutney, heat oil in kadai add urad dal, chana dal, 3-4 whole red chillies when they roast, chopped onion, saute add crushed garlic and ginger saute till raw smell goes

Add tomatoes and salt cook till tomatoes are mushy add sugar and turn of flame

Let it cool, now blend in mixer, remove in a bowl

In a tadka pan, heat oil add mustard seeds, hing 1-2 green chillies, handful curry leaves add tadka to tomato chutney.

Heat non-stick tawa, pour dosa batter with spatula all over the pan, cook on low medium flame, once done fold it and serve

Repeat for rest of batter

Serve with tomato chutney or coconut chutney or chicken or fish curry
