Silken Tofu with Cucumbers, White Sesame & White Miso

I love white sesame with white miso and tofu, so I added cucumbers to the dish.
Since the cucumbers release moisture, it tastes better if you add them right before eating.
I used silken tofu, but it also tastes great with firm tofu! Recipe by Fukita nochieko

Thinly slice the cucumbers using a mandoline. Sprinkle with salt, lightly rub in, and let sit for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the tofu in the microwave, uncovered, and heat for 2 minutes at 500 W. Remove and let it cool.

When the cucumbers have become tender, tightly wring out the excess moisture.

Mix together the other ingredients not including the cucumber, until smooth (I used 120 g of tofu in the picture).

Mix the cucumber into Step 4 and it's done!
