In a bowl add all the ingredients of dough and mix it well. Now knead it well with your hand until smooth dough forms.

Cover and let it rest for 2 hours until dough becomes double in size.

Now roll the dough on counter top and roll it rectangular.

Cut in 4 sections and apply butter and milk mixture on every strip.

Now stack all the parts and again cut in 7-8 sections and put it in the baking pan.

Now cover and and again let it rest for 30-35 minutes.

Garnish with raisins and almonds. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until done.
