Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupwashed methi leaves
  3. 1 cupwashed Palak leaves
  4. 1/2 cupcoriander
  5. 1/2 cupsour dahi
  6. 1/2 cupjaggery ( cut into small pieces
  7. 1 tspfresh green lasun
  8. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp dhanya jeera powder
  11. 1/2 tsp white til
  12. 4green chillies
  13. 1/2 inchginger
  14. 7 clovesgarlic
  15. 1/2juice of lemon
  16. 4 tsp oil
  17. per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash all methi, Palak & coriander leaves in water for 4 to 5 times

    Now add wash methi & Palak leaves with coriander leaves in mixture jar along with dahi, Jaggery & green lasun

    Now add green chillies & ginger in jar & make a fine pure of it

    Now take two cup of wheat flour & add all the dry spices, oil, salt per taste & mix it properly

    Now add pure into the flour little by little & knead a soft dough

    Now cover the dough & rest for 30 minutes
    After 30 min make small balls from the dough
    Take one small dough & with the help of dry flour make small thepla

    Now heat the pan & put thepla on it & cook on both sides & then add 1 tbsp oil & roast thepla on pan from both sides till it changes it colour

    Now your delicious theplas are ready to serve with tea or coffee
