Steps

Firstly wash all methi, Palak & coriander leaves in water for 4 to 5 times
- 2
Now add wash methi & Palak leaves with coriander leaves in mixture jar along with dahi, Jaggery & green lasun

Now add green chillies & ginger in jar & make a fine pure of it

Now take two cup of wheat flour & add all the dry spices, oil, salt per taste & mix it properly

Now add pure into the flour little by little & knead a soft dough
- 6
Now cover the dough & rest for 30 minutes
After 30 min make small balls from the dough
Take one small dough & with the help of dry flour make small thepla - 7
Now heat the pan & put thepla on it & cook on both sides & then add 1 tbsp oil & roast thepla on pan from both sides till it changes it colour

Now your delicious theplas are ready to serve with tea or coffee
