Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2 tbspOil to fry
  2. 4-5medium size tomatoes
  3. 2medium onions
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 teaspooncrushed red chilli
  6. half teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. Half teaspoon zeera
  8. 1 pinchhaldi
  9. Fresh coriander (hara dhaniya) as per liking
  10. 1-2Sliced green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces. Slice onions.

    In a pan, heat oil and toss in onions. Fry on medium heat till onion becomes soft and pink.

    Add tomatoes and all spices. Mix and cover with lid.

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame for 10- 15 minutes or till the tomatoes are cooked. You can add a little water to cook the tomatoes well.
    Stir in occasionally.

    Dish out. Garnish with hara dhaniya and hari mirch. Enjoy.
