Slice the paneer into 1 inch long and 1 inch broad.

Take a mixing bowl and add the following ingredients as per the order in the image. Mix the ingredients and make it into a thick batter. Add the sliced paneer and coat them carefully.

Then add cubed capsicums, cubed tomaoes and onion petals and marinate the mixture for 30 min.

Take a burning charcoal and add in the marinated paneer, this gives paneer a smoky flavour.

For the gravy add water in a bowl and heat it for 2 min. Then add the cashews, onions, tomatoes, cardamom, cloves, red chillies, salt, sugar and boil the mixture only on medium flame.

Add the boiled mixture into a grinding jar and grind it into a paste.

Now take skewers dipped in cool water and add a vegetable and a paneer piece then a vegetable and then a paneer piece.

Take a grill pan and add butter and grill the paneer sticks 60 percent only, till they turn golden brown.

Now roast the paneer sticks 80 percent only on a stove at medium flame.

Take a kadhai and add oil, butter, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry.

Add the gravy paste that was grinded and wait till the oil floats up.

Now remove the grilled paneer and vegetables from the skewers an add it in the gravy and cook for 10 min on medium flame.

Remove the lid and add Fresh Cream and coriander. Ready to serve!!

Can be eaten with roti, kulthcha or butternaan.
