200 gdry pasta
30 gblack olives
80 gfeta cheese
50 mlparsley
1/2red onion
1cucumber
100 gtomatoes
Dressing
120 mlolive oil
40 mlred wine vinegar
1lemon
1 clovegarlic
5 mlhoney
5 mlsalt
1 mlblack pepper
2 mloregano

Steps

Cook pasta. Cool immediately with cold water

Add all the dressing ingredients together. Medium chop the red onion and add to dressing container.

Cube all the veggies. Roughly chop the parsley.

Mix the cold pasta, veggies and dressing mixture.
