You can make this with any frozen fruit 😋 and with just 3 ingredients 😍. If you want more sweetness, add a tablespoon of erythritol, honey, or agave syrup.

Slice the bananas and freeze them for about 3 hours.

Remove from the freezer and add them to a food processor or blender.

Add the yogurt and cashew butter, and blend (with a little patience to ensure everything is well blended). Use a spatula to help incorporate the mixture from the sides so everything is well integrated.

If you like, you can add dark chocolate chips, almond pieces, or more chocolate as I did, or eat it as is. Freeze for another 30 minutes to firm up.
