Cooking Instructions

For kadhi In a bowl add curd,& besan whisk for 2-3 minutes add water add salt, turmeric,cloves curry leaves,green chili ginger garlic paste,sugar,chopped coriander,for tadka take a small pan add ghee heat it add muster seeds,cumin seeds 1 dry red chili,2-3 curry leaves, crackle it add in curd mixture stir it.cook it 10 minutes on low flame,stir occasionally.off the flame.

For rice—- In cooker add 1 glass water on medium flame,in a bowl add rice wash it add water salt,ghee,lemon juice,cloves,close lid cook until 2whistle on medium flame

For dal—in a steel bowl add water washed dal salt,turmeric,green chili garlic ginger paste,pinch asafoetida.mix well add chopped coriander also.add water inside pressure cooker place dal vessel pressure cook for 4 whistle on medium flame.Heat 2 spoon ghee,add muster seeds and hing add cooked dal mix well.

Serve hot steamed rice thick dal, & kadhi.with salad & papad.
