Butter and Sugar-Free Banana Cake

I was given a lot of bananas, so I made this cake since I couldn't eat all of them.
This cake is even good if you're breastfeeding as it doesn't use butter or sugar.
You can even make this if you don't have a lot of bananas.
Adding 3 bananas makes it extra moist.
Even without sugar, this cake is quite sweet, but you can add some in if you want. Recipe by Kamoyou.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Use a fork to mash the banana until creamy.
- 2
Add the egg and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
- 3
Stir in the milk.
- 4
Add the pancake mix and roughly mix it in with a rubber spatula.
- 5
Very lightly grease the pound cake pan with butter and then dust it with flour. Pour in the batter and release the air pockets.
- 6
If you don't have butter, you can use margarine or vegetable oil insteadl
- 7
Bake for 40 minutes at 180℃ (356 Fahrenheit). Halfway through, cover the cake with aluminum foil so that it doesn't burn. Keep your eye on it and adjust the baking time as needed.
- 8
I had some leftover batter when just making the pound cake, so I broke up some chocolate and made cupcakes too (for my husband...).
- 9
Bake the cupcakes at the same time as the pound cake, but take them out after 20 minutes. At that time, cover the pound cake with aluminium foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes.

I wanted to recreate a moist and fluffy banana cake I ate a while ago, using no sugar, dairy or oil. I succeeded after much trial and error! If you add grainy mashed banana, it will have a jam-like finish, but if you purée it, the cake will be fluffy. It's nice as-is, but it's also tasty with honey or butter! Oil-Free Chocolate Banana Cake Oil-Free Chocolate Banana Cake
I bought pure cocoa for the first time in awhile, so I thought up an original recipe using it ♫♬■ Blend the bananas to your desired texture; mix for a short time for larger pieces, and a longer time for smaller pieces.■ If you don't have a round pan, a muffin pan or pound cake pan should also work.■ Depending on the pan, you may want to coat it with butter or parchment paper.■ The baking time may vary depending on your oven. Test it by inserting a toothpick.■ It's moister and more delicious the day after baking. Be sure to wrap it in plastic wrap, or put it in a plastic bag to store it. Recipe by nathu cookpad.japan -
Oil-free Banana Kiwi Cake Oil-free Banana Kiwi Cake
I had some kiwis in my refrigerator, so I replaced the apples in banana apple bread and made this unexpectedly delicious cake. All my friends loved this more than my usual banana apple bread. When mixing the kiwi and egg into the bananas, it may splatter, so please use a big bowl. Both the bananas and kiwis should be fully ripened. If your bananas are medium-sized, use two and a half. If you use more bananas, it will be sweeter. Use a bread knife to cut neat slices. Banana and Oat Ring Cake Without Sugar and Gluten-Free Banana and Oat Ring Cake Without Sugar and Gluten-Free
A simple recipe using a blender that leaves the whole house smelling wonderful. Even without using sugar in the batter, the banana and oat cake recipe is sweet and delicious. Besides the sweetness of the banana, you'll also use golden raisins, which can also be dark, but the color and flavor of the golden ones are more pleasant in the cake. However, if you prefer, you can add 1/4 cup (about 50 grams) of sugar or sweetener to the batter. With sugar, the batter will rise a bit more and become golden sooner, so keep an eye on it to prevent burning. This is my version of Chef Susan Martha's recipe.
