Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 50 gmsKashmiri dried red chilli
  2. 25 gmsregular spicy dried chilli
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped garlic
  4. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  5. 2 tbspvinegar
  6. 2 tbspsugar
  7. 1/4 cupoil
  8. As per taste salt
  9. 2 tbsptomato catch-up
  10. 1 tsppepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Deseed spicy chilli and soak both chillies in warm water for 2 hours

    Now crush soaked chilled in mixture jar.. not to make it fine paste

  3. 3

    Now take oil in pan add garlic and saute for 5/7 minutes on slow flame.. garlic should not be turn golden..

    Then add chilli paste and saute till oil separates.now add 1/2 cup water cover lid and cook for 5/7 more minutes.. till oil separates

    Now add all spices and cook for 2/3 minutes and it's ready.
