Ingredients

  1. Onions
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Parsley
  4. Rogan Josh Sauce
  5. CubesLamb
  6. Plain Yoghurt
  7. Basmati Rice
  8. Rosemary
  9. Garlic
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the diced onions in olive oil.

  2. 2

    Season the lamb with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Remove the onions and then fry up the lamb, and return the onions after lamb is browned.

  4. 4

    Then add the sauce and simmer on medium low heat for 45 minutes

  5. 5

    Prepare your rice 20 or so minutes before the lamb is ready.

  6. 6

    And serve with some parsley and yoghurt sprinkled over, and enjoy.
