  1. 400 Calories / Macros: 28g Protein / Carbs 40g Carbs / 11g Fats
  2. 15 gOlive Oil
  3. 1x Small Diced Onion
  4. Salt, Pepper & Paprika
  5. 500 gLean 5 Star Beef or Turkey Mince (5-7% fat)
  6. 600 gRaw Sweet Potato
  7. 200 gBroccoli, Peas & Beans (frozen or fresh)
  8. 50 gLight Tasty Cheese

Cooking Instructions

45 Minutes
  1. 1

    Cook lean beef mince, add onion, veggies, herbs & other
    flavourings as required.

    Boil Sweet Potato until soft then mash. Use an
    oven proof dish, add the cooked lean beef mince & veggies then cover with sweet potato mash.

    Cover with 50g light tasty cheese and place in the
    oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
