Ingredients

30 minutes
1 person
  • 300 g5% lean beef mince
  • 1brioche burger bun
  • 2 rasherssmoked bacon
  • 5 giceberg lettuce
  • 3 gmayonnaise
  • 10 gblue cheese
  • 5 gred onion chutney
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tsppepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Season your mince with salt & pepper and shape into patties

  2. 2

    Get them on the BBQ and cook for 25 minutes turning regularly, meanwhile cook your bacon until crisp for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Toast your brioche

  4. 4

    Top your burgers with blue cheese and stack them on top of each other for 5 minutes until your cheese has melted

  5. 5

    Layer your burgers with brioche, mayo, lettuce, bacon, burger patties, and red onion chutney
