Get them on the BBQ and cook for 25 minutes turning regularly, meanwhile cook your bacon until crisp for 20 minutes

Toast your brioche

Top your burgers with blue cheese and stack them on top of each other for 5 minutes until your cheese has melted

Layer your burgers with brioche, mayo, lettuce, bacon, burger patties, and red onion chutney
