You know it’s hot and it’s summer and I am not turning on the oven. So I experimented and it turned out not bad. Just don’t eat the lemons.

You know it’s hot and it’s summer and I am not turning on the oven. So I experimented and it turned out not bad. Just don’t eat the lemons.

Layer of onion and dab of butter on bottom of Airfyer (Next put some or 1/2 of the thin slices of lemon on top of onion.

Add piece(s) of halibut atop lemon with skin of fish facing bottom of pan. Do optional now or in the last 10 minute step. You cook the fish for a total of 20 minutes in increments of 2 - 10 minute intervals.

Layer onion and lemons on top of fish. Pour pickle juice on top. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and sprinkle with garlic salt or finely chopped garlic.

Cook for 10 minutes at 350 and then with great difficulty turn the fish over in pan. Next scoop and Pour some of the pickle juice atop the fish and cook for 10 more minutes.

Optional If you have dill herb or some left over salsa add to recipe in last 10 minutes for moister and more dill flavour.

It tasted delicious and I am glad I tried it.
