Steak Sauce

I created this recipe because I wanted to eat a delicious steak.
Please make sure that you evaporate alcohol off from the sake and mirin.
It's also tasty to add a touch of sweetness with ingredients such as sugar, honey, or grated apples and pears! Recipe by Cooking S Papa

Steps
- 1
Mince the onion, garlic, and ginger in a food processor (You can grate them as well).
- 2
Add the sake and mirin into a pot. Turn on the heat, and evaporate the alcohol. Then add all the remaining ingredients.
- 3
When it starts to boil, turn the heat down to very low, and simmer for 2 minutes. Leave it to cool. It tastes better if you let it rest for more than 2-3 hours.
- 4
It's also perfect with cubed cuts of steaks!
