1packet Enoki mushrooms
1/2Carrot
3 tbspSake
1 tspSoy sauce
1 tbspDashi soy sauce
2 tspSugar
1Olive oil

Steps

Remove the stem from the enoki mushrooms. Cut the carrot into long thin strips.

Heat oil in the frying pan. Add the carrots and cook well. When the carrots have cooked through, add the enoki mushrooms.
3

Flavor with the ingredients listed and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
