Pour oil in the pan and put searagam

Chop the onions and put it in the pan and fry little and then put ginger garlic paste.fry it again.

Smash the eggs and put in the pan and add 3 pinch of salt and fry. Add little turmeric.

Add little oil and fry it. Add chilli powder and fry it. Check salt and add Accordingly.

Add some coriander powder (dhaniya) and leave it in the pan for 5 mins. Check oil is seen up and turn off the stove.

Charu- squeeze out the tamarind from water. Use the water and add onion to it. Add little water

Charu- add some chilli powder in the water.

Add some coriander powder and 5 pinch of salt. Check and add Accordingly.

Add oil in the pan. Put 3 red chilli, Curry leaves, turmeric and perungayam.

Put the charu in the pan and leave it for a min and turn off.
