  1. 500 gmsPre boiled githeri
  2. Irish potatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 3ripe tomatoes
  5. 1 bunchdhania
  6. Capsicum
  7. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat your cooking pan and put your oil to heat up

  2. 2

    Add your chopped onions and cook well to golden brown

  3. 3

    Add your peeled irish potatoes to your cooked onions

  4. 4

    Add your finely chopped tomatoes and mix well and allow to cook well

  5. 5

    Add your preboiled githeri and mix. Add some little water and allow to simmer as the potatoes cook.

  6. 6

    After the mix is well cooked, add your capsicum salt and mix well.

  7. 7

    At the end, add your chopped dhania to it, mix well and serve.
