Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprolled oats
  2. 1 cupplain flour
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupcoconut
  5. 125 gbutter
  6. 2 tbspgolden syrup
  7. 1/2 tspbicarb soda
  8. 1 tbspboiling water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine outs, sifted flour, sugar and coconut

  2. 2

    Combine butter and golden syrup, stir over heat until melted

  3. 3

    Mix bicarb soda with boiling water, add to melted butter mixture, stir into dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Place tbsp of mixture on lightly greased oven trays; allow room for spreading. Cook in slow oven for 20 minutes,. loosen while warm, then cool on trays
