1 cupred lentil
1 cupyellow lentil
1medium diced tomato
1 tspsalt
1 tspred chilli powder
3 cupsWater for boiling lentils
1medium sliced onion
Oil for frying
Coriander for garnish

In a pot add lentils and wash them clean. Then fill it with water. Place it on stove and add tomato and spices. Now let it cook to low to medium flame.

When lentil curry is made. Turn off the stove. In another stove place a small fry pan add oil and fry onions. Now pour the onion mixture on to lentil curry. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot. Enjoy
