  2. Half tsp soda
  3. as per taste salt
  4. 1 teaspoonsugar
  5. as required Oil for frying

    First Seive the maida.

    Now take maida to add sugar-side soda along with water and make a soft dough.

    Rest the dough for 2 hours. Now heat the oil in the pan.

    Now take a small ball of dough and rolled it in a round shape

  5. 5

    After rolling the bathura then fry in the oil.

  6. 6

    Fry the other side and serve with chole.
