Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlMaida
  2. 1 glasssoda water
  3. To tasteSalt and black pepper
  4. As neededOil for moyan
  5. 2 pinchajwain

Cooking Instructions

    Take maida for making dough add salt black pepper and ajwain in it add moyan then make tight doug with soda water leave it for 5minutes.

    Other side heat oil for fry in kdahi then roll bhature with dough and fry in oil..

    Bhature is ready to eat now serve it with white chana and onion...
