Ingredients

  1. 300 gms Paneer
  2. 200 ml.milk
  3. 3 tspFor paste in mixer grinder - (6 cashew nuts,10 raisin,
  4. 2 tspPoppy seeds mixed melon seeds,
  5. 2 inch ginger,
  6. 2 green chilies
  7. 1/2tomato (cut it in small pieces)
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tsp.Sugar
  10. 100 gm white oil
  11. 2 tbs.Butter
  12. 1 tsp.Kasuri methi
  13. as per needGaram masala (2 cardamom,1 inch cinnamon)
  14. 1 tsp Garam masala powder

Cooking Instructions

30/35 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the paneer in square shape. Heat oil in kadai. Fry the paneer pieces very light & keep these in warm water.

    Then on oil add garam masala.Then add all masala paste & fry it very well.Then add tomato & salt. Again fry it very well for 10 minutes in medium flame.

    Then add warm milk, sugar & kasuri methi.Boil it very well. Then add paneer, butter & garam masala powder. Cook it for 2 minutes. Gravy has thickened & Sahi paneer is ready to serve.
