Double Berry white choc chip cookie

Cooking is funnier when you don’t have enough ingredients.
At first, I planned to make cranberry cookies. I’ve prepared all the ingredients but then I realized I was short of dried cranberries but luckily I have dried strawberries left in the fridge. So, I manipulate my recipe a little bit and renamed it to “double-berry”. 😆😁

Pre-heat the oven to 325F(190C). Cover the tray with baking sheet.

Mix the dry ingredients

Use a mixer to cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar

Add egg and brandy into the wet mixture
- 5
Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Add white choc chips, berries and almonds to the mixture.

Use an ice-cream scoop or tablespoon to make small cookie doughs. Flatten them a little bit.

Bake for 8-10 mins. Let them cool on the tray for 1 min before transfer to a wire rack for complete cooling.
