Lauki Roll

A unique dessert that I love to share with my cousin brothers on Rakhi
Steps

In pan heat water and sugar and make sugar syrup. No need for one-string consistency.

Add the Lauki roundels into it and boil for 2 mins covered. Once boiled set aside to dry them.

In another pan heat ghee, add Khoya, cardamom powder, almond powder, and sugar, and keep stirring until leaves surface. Set aside.

Now make small balls from the Khoya mix and put them inside the roundels. Complete the batch and put black raisins on it.

Plate and enjoy this Rakhi.
