Steps

Beat eggs and add sugar into 3 parts and beat until fluffy and light

The colour of eggs should be pale after beating

Then add in vanilla essence and beat again...
At least beat for about 6 to 8 mins - 4
Then off the beater and add flour and baking powder with spatula or hand

Then pour into 8 by 8 inch pan already lined with parchment paper and greased with oil
- 6
Now tap the pan 3 to 4 times on your counter to remove the air bubbles.
Bake for 25 mins in preheated patila on medium low flame.
