Steps

Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan on high heat. Add the sugar and lemon juice and continue to cook.you see that milk become curdle.Stir continuously.

When the milk becomes grainy and begin to thicken,add the ghee. Add cardamom powder and Mix well and continue to cook.

When the mixture begins to leaves the sides of the pan,transfer the mixture in a greased plate and Cover it. Set aside for 5-6 hour.

During this time it will be continue to cook and the middle layer will become light brown. Garnish with chopped nuts and cut it in square shape and serve.
