I had a lot of potatoes, so I decided to make this salad with them.

Adjust the seasoning to taste. Be sure to wet the potatoes and carrot before microwaving, or the moisture will evaporate, and they will dry out! Recipe by Kachuei

  5. 1Mayonnaise
  6. 2 tbspVinegar
  7. 1/2 tbspSugar
  8. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Peel the potatoes and chop them up into bite-sized pieces!

  2. 2

Put the potatoes in a microwave-safe plastic bag, leave the bag open slightly, and microwave at 600 W for about 4-5 minutes!

  3. 3

While the potatoes are cooking in the microwave, slice the carrot, cucumber and ham. Rub a little salt into the cucumber.

  4. 4

Once the potatoes are done, wet the carrot slices. Then place them on a microwave-safe plate, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for 2 minutes!
