Steps

Add melted ghee and gram flour to a non-stick pan. Roast itni low flame for around 15 mins or till it turns aromatic.

As colour changes add milk powder, mix well & switch off the flame.

Add cardamom, almond & pista powder to it. Mix & immediately transfer to a pan.

Let it cool to room temperature.

Add powdered sugar and knead well. Add little milk only if required.

Keep it in refrigerator for 30-45mins.

Remove out & make ladoo. Roll in pista powder for garnish.

Do not add sugar when mixture is hot.
