Sweet Coconut Gaja Festive Desserts & Mithai

Mix the flour with salt,sugar, grated coconut & 4 tsp. Oil. knead it very well with water. Take small portion from dough & roll it. Small cut in middle portion of Gaja.

Heat oil in kadai & fry these Gaja till golden in medium to low flame.

Then Gaja is ready to serve. If you want,then dip it in sugar syrup & serve it (optional).
